1. Drive store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
2. Develop action plans through careful performance analysis.
3. Lead the store team to surpass KPI targets, including cross-selling and up-selling.
4. Represent the company in the local market, increasing foot traffic and client loyalty.
5. Ensure the highest standard of client service on the sales floor.
6. Promote Omni Channel awareness and support digital tool usage among team members.
7. Foster e-commerce channel development with timely order responses.
8. Monitor store expenses to meet operating budgets.
9. Provide product feedback and participate in buying sessions when needed.
10. Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain solid client relationships.
11. Ensure client satisfaction through the execution of the 'Brand Selling Ceremony.'
12. Manage local VICs with tailored actions to enhance loyalty and spending.
13. Implement clienteling initiatives and events in partnership with corporate functions.
14. Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and grow store sales.
15. Promote a strong private appointment culture.
16. Manage customer complaints to maintain positive client relationships.
17. Motivate staff and promote team spirit through effective communication.
18. Conduct morning briefings and encourage information exchange within the team.
19. Master company tools and applications, ensuring team awareness of updates.
20. Train and inspire the store team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
21. Identify and propose internal development opportunities for team members.
22. Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
23. Ensure cooperation between front and back of house for efficient operations.
24. Lead by example in product care and respect during ceremonies and procedures.
25. Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales, seeking VM and MD support as needed.
26. Ensure care of company assets and enforce procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
27. Provide feedback to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising departments.
28. Organize local events with Retail Head Office, setting realistic client targets.
29. Ensure excellence in standards and service during store events.
30. Propose local event opportunities in partnership with stakeholders and influencers.

1. Experience within a luxury retail environment is highly desirable.
2. A genuine enthusiasm for fashion, art, and the broader luxury ethos.
3. Solid understanding of the luxury market and product specifics.

1. Strong focus on people, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
2. Highly developed communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and Swedish.
4. Strong commercial awareness.
5. Awareness of local employment and retail legislation.
