Prada Store Manager

3. Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
4. Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
5. Ensure a premium client service experience on the sales floor.
6. Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
7. Manage store-operating budget and control expenses.
8. Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
9. Guarantee exceptional client satisfaction and service.
10. Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
11. Promote a culture of private appointments.
12. Foster an entrepreneurial team spirit through effective communication.
13. Ensure team is informed about product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
14. Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
15. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with merchandising and operations teams.
16. Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales.
17. Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
18. Ensure cooperation between front and back of house operations.
19. Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
20. Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
