1. Drive and maximize sales performances and exceed KPIs.
2. Develop and implement business plans to enhance store performance.
3. Ensure an extraordinary client experience on the sales floor.
4. Manage and coach the store team, fostering internal growth and succession planning.
5. Represent the brand in the local market to increase customer footfall and brand loyalty.
6. Foster Omni Channel development and ensure synergy between front and back of house.
7. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with retail merchandising and operations teams.
8. Organize and participate in local events to enhance client engagement and brand presence.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
4. Excellent client relationship management and clienteling skills.
5. Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
