Prada Store Manager

- Drive and maximize sales performance.
- Develop and propose strategic business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed key performance indicators.
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Ensure a premium client experience on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
- Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to enhance client loyalty.
- Foster a culture of private appointments.
- Encourage an entrepreneurial spirit and effective communication within the team.
- Ensure the team is informed about product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations teams.
- Ensure displays attract clients and align with company guidelines.
- Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
- Ensure cooperation between front and back of house operations.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are desirable.
