1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve store targets.
2. Develop and propose strategic business plans.
3. Lead the store team to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Represent the brand in the local market to attract new clients and build brand loyalty.
5. Ensure a superior client experience by being present on the sales floor.
6. Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
7. Control store expenses to meet the operating budget.
8. Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
9. Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
10. Foster a culture of private appointments.
11. Promote an entrepreneurial spirit and ensure professional growth within the team.
12. Ensure the team is informed about product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.

14. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations teams.
15. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines to maximize sales.
16. Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
17. Ensure cooperation between front and back of house operations.
18. Enforce company procedures related to cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
19. Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.
