Prada Store Manager

- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve store targets.
- Develop and propose strategic business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Represent the brand in the local market to attract new clients and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure a superior client experience by being present on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
- Control store expenses to meet the operating budget.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
- Foster a culture of private appointments.
- Promote an entrepreneurial spirit and ensure professional growth within the team.
- Ensure the team is informed about product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
- Attract and recruit top talent through effective networking.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations teams.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines to maximize sales.
- Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
- Ensure cooperation between front and back of house operations.
- Enforce company procedures related to cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.
