1. Manage inventory and store operations, supporting the Store Manager or Stock Manager.
2. Receive, organize, and prepare goods for sale, shipment, and return.
3. Prepare E-Commerce orders and maintain inventory control.
4. Contribute to overall store efficiency in alignment with brand guidelines.
5. Foster open and constructive communication within the team.
6. Proactively work towards achieving team goals.

1. Passion for fashion.
2. Basic PC skills, including Word and Excel (simple arithmetic and filter usage; Vlookup and Pivot preferred).
3. Experience in back-office operations or sales support within luxury or fashion brands.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work accurately and supportively.
6. Problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
7. Comfortable with English for system use.
