Prada Stock Manager

1. Ensure the safety and security of products and valuable materials throughout the handling process.
2. Oversee daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
3. Organize, manage, and conduct product counting and stock takes.
4. Ensure accurate product flow tracking through the SAP system.
5. Manage stockroom activities related to Markdown.
6. Guarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries are executed following corporate guidelines and deadlines.
7. Maintain security and cleanliness of the stock facility.
8. Optimize and organize stockroom space in collaboration with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
9. Train, manage, and evaluate the stock team.
10. Coordinate and plan staff activities, distributing tasks and responsibilities.
11. Conduct performance assessment interviews with staff in coordination with the Store Manager.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous

Demonstrated experience in stock management within the luxury retail sector is required.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000, with potential eligibility for bonuses and other incentive opportunities. Compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
