Prada Stock Manager

- Ensure the safety and security of products and valuable materials throughout the handling process.
- Oversee daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
- Organize, manage, and conduct product counting and stock takes.
- Ensure accurate product flow tracking through the SAP system.
- Manage stockroom activities related to Markdown.
- Guarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries are executed following corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Maintain security and cleanliness of the stock facility.
- Optimize and organize stockroom space in collaboration with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
- Train, manage, and evaluate the stock team.
- Coordinate and plan staff activities, distributing tasks and responsibilities.
- Conduct performance assessment interviews with staff in coordination with the Store Manager.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous

Demonstrated experience in stock management within the luxury retail sector is required.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000, with potential eligibility for bonuses and other incentive opportunities. Compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
