Prada Stock Controller

- Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage daily goods receipt and storage, optimizing efficiency for sales floor readiness.
- Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company timelines.
- Facilitate the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Handle damaged, non-sellable, and repairable products appropriately.
- Organize packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and digitally.
- Participate in the management of uniforms and gift flows.
- Ensure correct product protection and packaging for in-store and transfer purposes, including E-Commerce shipments.
- Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
- Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
- Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
- Participate in physical and cycle inventories, adhering to company schedules.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales.
- Maintain warehouse security and cleanliness.
- Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing space utilization in collaboration with store management.
- Support sales associates and collaborate with the visual merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain provider relationships and update archives monthly.
- Comply with KPI updates, guidelines, and procedures from store operations and management.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Experience in client relationship building.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
