Prada Stock Controller

1. Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
2. Manage daily goods receipt and storage, optimizing efficiency for sales floor readiness.
3. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company timelines.
4. Facilitate the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring service level agreements are met.
5. Handle damaged, non-sellable, and repairable products appropriately.
6. Organize packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and digitally.
7. Participate in the management of uniforms and gift flows.
8. Ensure correct product protection and packaging for in-store and transfer purposes, including E-Commerce shipments.
9. Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
10. Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
11. Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
12. Participate in physical and cycle inventories, adhering to company schedules.
13. Support warehouse activities related to sales.
14. Maintain warehouse security and cleanliness.
15. Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing space utilization in collaboration with store management.
16. Support sales associates and collaborate with the visual merchandising team as needed.
17. Maintain provider relationships and update archives monthly.
18. Comply with KPI updates, guidelines, and procedures from store operations and management.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Experience in client relationship building.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
