1. Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
2. Manage daily goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor efficiently.
3. Prepare shop-to-shop and return transfers, adhering to company guidelines and timelines.
4. Facilitate the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
5. Handle damaged, non-sellable, and repair products appropriately.
6. Organize packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and within IT systems.
7. Participate in uniform and gift flow management.
8. Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for in-store and transfer purposes, including E-Commerce shipments.
9. Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, focusing on communication and documentation.
10. Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
11. Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
12. Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting company schedules.
13. Support warehouse activities related to sales.
14. Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
15. Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing space usage in collaboration with Store and Operations Managers.
16. Support Sales Associates and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
17. Maintain relationships with providers and update archives monthly.
18. Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations and Headquarters.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
3. Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
