Prada Sports Footwear Product Developer

1. Collaborate with the design team to translate creative concepts into datasheets, ensuring technical and commercial feasibility.
2. Oversee the launch and progress phases of the creation of prototypes and samples with external suppliers, managing revisions to meet quality standards within timelines and budget.
3. Enter and update technical data, bill of materials (BOM), material specifications, images, and product sheets in the PLM system.
4. Interface with suppliers and pattern makers to send technical specifications, collect feedback, manage change requests, and resolve technical issues, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
5. Collaborate with the design team to introduce innovative materials and colors in line with market trends within the collections.

1. Diploma and/or Degree in Fashion, Industrial Design, or equivalent.
2. 5+ years of experience in product development with a focus on sports/technical footwear within the fashion and luxury industry.

1. Proficiency in PLM systems and Office tools, especially Excel.
2. Strong inclination toward innovation, with an interest in new technologies, advanced materials, and experimental design solutions.
3. Good knowledge of English.
4. Organizational skills, precision, and detail-orientation.
5. Familiarity with supplier network for technical/sports footwear.
6. Knowledge of main digital design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) is appreciated.

A minimum of 5 years in product development, specifically within sports or technical footwear in the fashion and luxury industry.

Diploma and/or Degree in Fashion, Industrial Design, or equivalent.
