1. Develop and manage organic editorial plans and calendars aligned with retail priorities and campaigns.
2. Formulate and implement global social media strategies across all channels.
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics consistently.
4. Generate and interpret comprehensive performance reports.
5. Ensure content aligns with expected performance outcomes.
6. Coordinate efforts with local teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
7. Collaborate with media teams on social paid strategies.
8. Work in conjunction with communication teams, retail, style office, and external art directors and consultants.

1. Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Deep understanding of both western and eastern social media platforms.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
4. Excellent fashion sensibility in photo and video content.
5. Result-oriented mindset.
6. Fluency in English.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in social media management within a similar capacity.
