1. Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized client interactions and future opportunities.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage knowledgeably with clients.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
10. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and stock room organization.
14. Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
15. Foster a positive working environment through teamwork, open communication, and embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
