3. Ensure high-quality sales and customer service to meet KPI goals.
4. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized service.
6. Promote an Omni Channel mindset and utilize digital tools for a complete luxury experience.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client service teams.
9. Maintain product care and respect, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
10. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
11. Collaborate with the Back of House team and maintain an organized stock room.
12. Foster open communication and teamwork, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment.
2. Understanding of luxury customer service.
3. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluency in English.

Experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
