Prada Sales Support Associate

1. Support the sales team in customer service activities.
2. Transfer unsold products between the sales floor and the stockroom.
3. Process orders received from the sales team.
4. Assist sales personnel in wrapping merchandise.
5. Serve refreshments to customers as needed.
6. Contribute to the organization, maintenance, and optimization of the stockroom.
7. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor.

1. High affinity for luxury products.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
3. Effective team collaboration abilities.
4. Proficiency in computer skills.
5. Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.

Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
