Prada Retail Training Manager

- Collaborate with Store Management to develop and implement a comprehensive calendar of learning programs tailored to both global and local initiatives.
- Strategize with cross-functional teams including General Management, Retail Operations, CRM, and HR to align training initiatives with business objectives and market needs.
- Deploy a variety of training methods including in-person sessions, online platforms, gaming, digital apps, and e-learning to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and business performance metrics, adapting strategies as necessary to meet evolving business needs.
- Conduct on-the-job observations and provide immediate feedback and training to store teams.
- Oversee New Starter induction programs in accordance with headquarters' guidelines.
- Manage the training budget for the market, ensuring cost-effective delivery of training initiatives.
- Utilize Prada's platforms, dashboards, and apps to manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for store training requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Over 10 years of experience as a Store/Retail Trainer, with a focus on Client Journey and Clienteling.
- Experience in a client-facing role within a luxury retail setting is advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of retail and CRM KPIs.
- Exceptional presentation and delivery skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and fostering strong partnerships.
- Proven experience in planning and managing training events, including project management and budgeting.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a hands-on approach to working with retail teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite, Success Factors modules, and LMS digital platforms.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 10 years in store or retail training, particularly within the luxury sector, with a strong emphasis on client engagement and journey.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
