Prada Retail Training Manager

1. Implement training programs in alignment with Headquarters and country guidelines.
2. Provide in-store coaching to enhance competencies through performance appraisals.
3. Collaborate with the Retail Training Manager to refine training and team-building programs.
4. Conduct store induction and other training sessions.
5. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning initiatives.
6. Cultivate relationships with corporate and store teams to prioritize training needs.
7. Conduct store visits to gain insights into retail operations.
8. Collaborate on ad hoc training projects to build organizational capability.
9. Oversee training expenses and payments, including purchase order management.
10. Coordinate training logistics, including materials, venues, and equipment.
11. Manage training reporting, including database and calendar planning.

1. Bachelor's degree in learning and development, human resources management, psychology, or related field.
2. Completed trainer qualification with relevant professional experience.

1. In-depth knowledge of talent management and personnel development tools.
2. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
3. Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
4. High level of communication proficiency.
5. Willingness to travel extensively.
6. Fluency in German and English; Italian is advantageous.

A minimum of 4 years in retail training or a retail managerial role.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
