1. Plan and implement training programs aligned with global and local priorities.
2. Promote a culture of shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching at all store levels.
3. Support store leadership in team development and individual performance enhancement.
4. Ensure effective client journey implementation impacting conversion and clienteling.
5. Identify training needs and develop action plans at store and client advisor levels.
6. Leverage in-store training tools and collaborate with retail functions for training activities.
7. Perform team gap analysis and build individual coaching plans.
8. Support store leadership to cascade brand, client journey, and product knowledge.
9. Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence.
10. Monitor quality and retention of training content.
11. Lead a culture of in-store coaching focusing on selling skills and brand ambassadorship.
12. Manage onboarding journeys for new hires in collaboration with HR.
