1. Lead the team to surpass financial targets and enhance sales performance.
2. Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business strategies.
3. Promote cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
4. Ensure efficient sales floor management and uphold Prada standards.
5. Demonstrate sales leadership and build client relationships.
6. Encourage a digital mindset within the team.
7. Stay informed on market trends.
8. Ensure clients experience an inspiring journey and feel welcomed.
9. Cultivate client relationships to foster loyalty and brand advocacy.
10. Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
11. Coach and develop team members, identifying training needs.
12. Support synergy between front and back of house operations.
13. Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
