Prada Retail Performance & Store Analytics Intern

1. Assist the Retail Performance team in monitoring and analyzing store performance across all markets, preparing weekly retail performance reviews for the Head of Retail.
2. Support headquarters initiatives across markets, including push money, incentive schemes, store workforce reporting, and staff monitoring.
3. Collaborate with the CRM team to prepare and analyze retail KPIs, both actuals and targets.
4. Conduct ad hoc and daily business analysis to facilitate timely decision-making.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recently graduated or final year student)
2. Preferably previous internship experience in retail or consumer goods companies

1. Strong analytical mindset with an interest in business performance and patterns
2. Ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights
3. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
4. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
5. Familiarity with Power BI and Mekko charts is advantageous

No specific experience required, but previous internship experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.
