1. Manage the Women's Bags and Accessories team.
2. Oversee the buying process in alignment with Headquarters' Master Order selection.
3. Coordinate replenishment from the warehouse and product rebalancing with the Headquarter Regional Merchandiser to achieve sales and sell-through targets.
4. Analyze sales performance and sell-through, prepare weekly sales data and reports, and supervise the local market to ensure optimal stock management and timely replenishment.
5. Collaborate with the Headquarter Regional Retail Merchandising Department to ensure product availability.
6. Frequently visit boutiques and shops in the region to provide assistance and feedback to enhance performance.
7. Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and clientele characteristics, and communicate significant information to Headquarters.
8. Facilitate seasonal product training for all shops.
9. Develop the sales capabilities of Store Managers and staff.
10. Participate in periodic Store Managers' meetings to enhance communication effectiveness.
11. Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to maintain the Prada brand image in shops.

1. Extensive experience in merchandising within the luxury fashion industry, particularly in leather goods.

1. In-depth product and fashion industry knowledge
2. Strong quantitative analytical skills
3. Proficiency in Excel
4. Fluency in English for communication with Italian Headquarters
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills
