Prada Retail Merchandising Intern

1. Support the Retail Merchandising Team in managing the men's shoes category for the South Europe region.
2. Assist in preparing reports, statistics, and analyses on market trends and competitors.
3. Contribute to the development of sales and purchasing strategies.
4. Provide support for store inquiries and maintain regular communication with store staff.
5. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to align in-store displays with merchandising strategies.
6. Help create presentations and evaluations for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Participate in the preparation for buying new collections.
8. Assist with organizing and conducting product training sessions.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.

1. Strong interest in luxury fashion and an understanding of industry trends.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
3. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
4. Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
5. Effective communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
6. Fluent spoken English.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion is essential.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
