1. Support the Worldwide Retail Merchandising Manager in product selection for main and special orders, assisting in defining quantities for the designated region.
2. Collaborate with the Country Retail Merchandising Manager to tailor global product selections to local market demands.
3. Assist in sales budget planning for the category and region in conjunction with the Planning and Finance teams.
4. Conduct regular store visits to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
5. Monitor sales performance to maintain optimal product mix and display in stores.
6. Communicate market feedback to the Worldwide Merchandising Manager to inform future collections.
7. Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure effective product presentation in stores and windows.
8. Participate in the setup of key stores as required.
9. Facilitate the presentation of collections to local teams and store staff, supporting the order process.
10. Contribute to the development of product training tools and disseminate knowledge to local merchandising and store teams.

1. Master’s degree in economics or a related field

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
3. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficient in English at CEFR C1 level

No specific prior experience required, but an interest in the luxury industry and product categories is essential.
