Prada Retail Merchandiser

1. Manage product replenishment and rebalance to achieve sell-through targets.
2. Analyze sales performance and supervise local markets to ensure effective stock management and timely replenishment.
3. Collaborate with the Regional Retail Merchandising Department to maintain product availability.
4. Conduct frequent store visits to provide assistance, feedback, and enhance performance.
5. Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and clientele characteristics, and communicate insights to Headquarters.
6. Facilitate seasonal product training for all shops.
7. Enhance the sales capabilities of Store Managers and staff.
8. Participate in periodic Store Managers’ meetings to improve communication effectiveness.
9. Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to uphold the Prada image in stores.
10. Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
