1. Manage product replenishment and rebalancing to achieve sell-through targets.
2. Analyze sales performance and oversee local markets to ensure optimal stock management and timely replenishment.
3. Collaborate with the Regional Retail Merchandising Department to guarantee product availability.
4. Conduct frequent store visits within the region to provide feedback and enhance performance.
5. Evaluate market trends, competitor positioning, and customer characteristics, and communicate insights to Headquarters.
6. Facilitate seasonal product training for all stores.
7. Enhance the sales capabilities of Store Managers and staff.
8. Participate in periodic Store Managers’ meetings to improve communication effectiveness.
9. Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to maintain the Prada brand image in stores.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
