1. Manage product replenishment and rebalancing to achieve sell-through targets.
2. Conduct sales performance analysis and oversee local markets to ensure optimal stock management and timely replenishment.
3. Collaborate with the Regional Retail Merchandising Department to maintain product availability.
4. Regularly visit regional stores to provide assistance, feedback, and enhance performance.
5. Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and clientele characteristics, and communicate significant insights to Headquarters.
6. Conduct seasonal product training for all shops.
7. Enhance the sales capabilities of Store Managers and staff.
8. Participate in periodic Store Managers’ meetings to improve communication effectiveness.
9. Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to uphold the Prada brand image in stores.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
