1. Maximize sales and ensure profitability through effective management of operating expenses and seamless execution of activities to achieve targets.
2. Guarantee excellence in client experience by leading by example and prioritizing client satisfaction.
3. Share objectives with Store Managers and ensure follow-ups by proposing and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
4. Propose and implement actions to support and increase sales, including fostering synergies among stores.
5. Communicate and address necessary actions in response to complaints, special requests, and critical situations.
6. Manage local VIP clients, propose tailored actions, and develop the client portfolio in local stores.
7. Implement events and promotional activities to expand the customer base and sales for each store, tailoring actions to each location.
8. Oversee all processes and procedures concerning product management, including delivery, stockroom management, and handling.
9. Ensure impeccable store image and intervene promptly when necessary, liaising with relevant functions.
10. Monitor stockroom and maintenance procedure implementation.
11. Maintain effective information flow between stores and other functions, particularly with Retail Merchandising and Visual Merchandising.
