Prada Retail Manager

- Maximize sales and ensure profitability through effective management of operating expenses and seamless execution of activities to achieve targets.
- Guarantee excellence in client experience by leading by example and prioritizing client satisfaction.
- Share objectives with Store Managers and ensure follow-ups by proposing and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
- Propose and implement actions to support and increase sales, including fostering synergies among stores.
- Communicate and address necessary actions in response to complaints, special requests, and critical situations.
- Manage local VIP clients, propose tailored actions, and develop the client portfolio in local stores.
- Implement events and promotional activities to expand the customer base and sales for each store, tailoring actions to each location.
- Oversee all processes and procedures concerning product management, including delivery, stockroom management, and handling.
- Ensure impeccable store image and intervene promptly when necessary, liaising with relevant functions.
- Monitor stockroom and maintenance procedure implementation.
- Maintain effective information flow between stores and other functions, particularly with Retail Merchandising and Visual Merchandising.
- Legally authorized to work in Korea without company sponsorship.
- Ability to provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.
