Prada Production Planning Specialist

1. Manage assigned third-party groups to monitor the progress of production orders and assignments.
2. Verify material availability and collaborate with the purchasing department to anticipate potential issues.
3. Manage and update production reports (Excel), highlighting delays, blocks, and production loads.
4. Oversee picking processes using Stealth.
5. Collaborate with the planning team to optimize production flows.
6. Support the resolution of technical and quality issues in synergy with the technical department.
7. Participate in progress meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement.

1. Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
2. 2-3 years of experience in production coordination roles within the Fashion & Luxury industry.

1. Knowledge of leather goods production processes.
2. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
3. Precision, problem-solving skills, and result orientation.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
