1. Support the office in defining fabrics, materials, accessories, and types of processing.
2. Verify inventory of materials required for garment production and liaise with the purchasing department as needed.
3. Manage reference databases, model coding, components, and colorations.
4. Monitor the status of deliveries for raw materials and semi-finished products.
5. Maintain relationships with suppliers and workshops for bespoke wardrobe and garment production.
6. Participate in prototype fittings and industrialization, optimizing the process.
7. Manage the entry of finished product orders and monitor progress until delivery to the warehouse.

1. Degree in fashion/textile technology or a related field.

1. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
2. Precision, flexibility, excellent teamwork abilities, and goal orientation.
3. Knowledge of pattern construction and garment manufacturing techniques.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.
5. Fluency in Italian (minimum C1 level) and good command of English.

Proven experience in a Celebrity Product Office within luxury fashion or textile companies.

Degree in fashion/textile technology or a related field.
