Prada Merchandising Intern

1. Generate and maintain regional databases and reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution to stakeholders.
2. Support rebalancing activities and monthly CCT processes, including art list preparation and purchase order processing across all product categories.
3. Process and track client requests across South Asia and Worldwide regions, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
4. Perform Merchandise Order Tracking (MOT) entries to support the buying process and inventory flow.
5. Assist with ad hoc reporting and administrative support as required by the merchandising team.

1. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
4. Effective communication skills and ability to integrate with merchandising and store teams.

No prior experience is required, though familiarity with merchandising operations is advantageous.

A degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or Retail Management is a plus.
