Prada Menswear Sportswear Production Manager

- Manage and coordinate a team of approximately 60 personnel, organizing the workflow to meet diverse demands such as fashion shows, prototyping, sampling, production, and advertising.
- Oversee relationships and information exchange with closely related departments such as Product Office, Pattern Making, CAD, Production, and Quality Control.
- Resolve technical issues that may arise during garment development.
- Develop reports on the progress of collections.
- 10-15 years of experience in a role such as Laboratory Manager or Technical Inspector for external laboratories.
- Certificate from a specialized course in apparel is considered an advantage.
- Excellent technical knowledge of luxury menswear sportswear, particularly in nylon and technical fabrics.
- Proficiency in sewing machines and their operation.
- Autonomy in using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Personnel management skills, including workload distribution and team monitoring.
- Ability to develop reports on collection progress.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and product sensitivity.
10-15 years of experience in a relevant managerial or technical role within luxury menswear production.
Certificate from a specialized course in apparel is considered an advantage.
