1. Provide Made to Measure (MTM) services, from measurement to delivery of finished products.
2. Act as a liaison between local and headquarters functions, sharing product feedback and customer insights.
3. Manage administrative tasks related to the MTM service.
4. Ensure timely follow-up on orders and keep customers informed of progress.
5. Organize and execute MTM events in collaboration with store and corporate functions.
6. Conduct in-store training for the MTM product category.
7. Collaborate with Visual Merchandisers to ensure optimal product rotation and display.

1. Proven experience as a sales assistant with expertise in MTM and tailoring.
2. Strong knowledge of men's products from both a technical and sales perspective.
3. Ability to convey information effectively to colleagues and customers.
4. Scheduled training with local and central MTM teams.

1. Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Service-oriented mindset with a focus on in-store service.

Solid experience in Made to Measure services and tailoring is required.
