1. Conduct technical measurements of clients using Prada's specific measuring techniques.
2. Manage both manual and electronic ordering systems, including SAP and CRM systems.
3. Understand all MTM/MTO categories such as tailoring, outerwear, and knitwear.
4. Liaise between clients, advisors, headquarters, and production teams for order placement and issue resolution.
5. Host appointments across multiple store locations, delivering a luxury experience.
6. Demonstrate expertise in fabrics, guiding clients in their selections.
7. Assist clients in designing and personalizing their garments.
8. Ensure understanding of lead times and critical paths for timely delivery.
9. Support client advisors with technical training and selling ceremonies.
10. Understand fittings and silhouettes to maintain the Prada aesthetic.
11. Explain the brand's ideas and products confidently and enthusiastically.

1. Solid experience in MTM and tailoring.
2. Strong knowledge of men's products from both technical and selling perspectives.
3. Ability to convey information clearly to colleagues and customers.
4. Scheduled MTM training with local and central teams.
5. Strong in-store service orientation.
