Prada In-Store Visual Merchandiser

1. Execute the installation of shop windows and in-store displays following the Visual Merchandising guidelines to enhance brand image and product presentation.
2. Ensure daily maintenance of displays and participate in the installation of displays in other local stores as needed.
3. Update the Display APP with photographs of any changes to displays and shop windows.
4. Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to implement displays that drive customer traffic and sales, tailoring outfits to market, customer, and seasonal demands.
5. Provide guidance to Store and Department Managers on product display strategies.
6. Report feedback on display effectiveness to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising teams.
7. Assist with the implementation of displays for in-store events and press presentations in coordination with the Communication and PR Department.
8. Work with Client Service Development/VIC for private client appointment displays.

1. Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach.
2. Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe software.
4. Self-motivated with a positive and collaborative attitude.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluency in English.

International and/or regional experience in visual merchandising is advantageous.
