1. Execute the fit-out of shop windows and in-store displays according to the Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring alignment with the brand's image and quality standards to enhance sales.
2. Maintain daily upkeep of visual displays and participate in fit-outs of other local stores as needed.
3. Update the Display APP with photographs of displays and shop windows following any changes.
4. Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to implement displays that drive customer traffic and sales, selecting appropriate outfits based on market trends, customer preferences, and seasonal stock.
5. Provide guidance to Store and Department Managers on product display strategies.
6. Report feedback on display outcomes to the Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising teams.
7. Assist with the implementation of displays for in-store events and coordinate with the Communication and PR Department for press presentations.
8. Work with Client Service Development/VIC for display arrangements during private client appointments.

1. Creative mindset with a strong problem-solving ability and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
2. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe software.
3. Self-motivated with a positive and collaborative approach.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

International and/or regional experience in visual merchandising is preferred.

Annual salary range of $70,000 - $75,000, with potential eligibility for bonuses and other incentives.
