Prada In-Store Visual Merchandiser

- Execute the fit-out of shop windows and in-store displays according to the Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring alignment with the brand's image and quality standards to enhance sales.
- Maintain daily upkeep of visual displays and participate in fit-outs of other local stores as needed.
- Update the Display APP with photographs of displays and shop windows following any changes.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to implement displays that drive customer traffic and sales, selecting appropriate outfits based on market trends, customer preferences, and seasonal stock.
- Provide guidance to Store and Department Managers on product display strategies.
- Report feedback on display outcomes to the Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising teams.
- Assist with the implementation of displays for in-store events and coordinate with the Communication and PR Department for press presentations.
- Work with Client Service Development/VIC for display arrangements during private client appointments.
- Creative mindset with a strong problem-solving ability and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe software.
- Self-motivated with a positive and collaborative approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
International and/or regional experience in visual merchandising is preferred.
Annual salary range of $70,000 - $75,000, with potential eligibility for bonuses and other incentives.
