- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches, CRM, and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager as needed.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
- Strong passion for human relations and sales.
- Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm and knowledge of the product category managed.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is advantageous.
Experience in client relationship management and sales within the luxury fashion sector is preferred.
