1. Set up and maintain in-store merchandising by implementing guidelines and design inputs based on sales trends, market peculiarities, and customer targets.
2. Manage display, mannequin, and window changes, and create photos for coordination with guidelines and specifications.
3. Address specific visual merchandising challenges related to store size and inventory levels.
4. Coordinate with the Retail Merchandising Department to implement visual strategies aligned with business needs.
5. Collaborate with the Communication Department for in-store events and press presentations.
6. Train shop staff to maintain displays in accordance with corporate standards.

1. 2+ years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a retail fashion organization.
