Prada In-Store Visual Merchandiser

- Execute the fit-out of shop windows and in-store displays according to Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring alignment with the brand's image and quality standards to boost sales.
- Maintain daily upkeep of displays and participate in fit-outs of other local stores as required.
- Update the Display APP with photographs of displays and shop windows following any changes.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to implement fit-outs that enhance customer traffic and sales, selecting appropriate outfits based on market trends and inventory.
- Provide guidance to Store and Department Managers on product display strategies.
- Communicate feedback on fit-out results to Visual and Retail Merchandising teams.
- Assist with fit-outs for in-store events and cooperate with the Communication and PR Department for press presentations.
- Support Client Service Development/VIC with display arrangements during private client appointments.
- Creative mindset with a strong interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Problem-solving abilities and curiosity.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe software.
- Self-motivation and a positive, collaborative approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
International and/or regional experience in visual merchandising or a related field is advantageous.
