Prada In-Store Visual Merchandiser

1. Execute the fit-out of shop windows and in-store displays according to Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring alignment with the brand's image and quality standards to boost sales.
2. Maintain daily upkeep of displays and participate in fit-outs of other local stores as required.
3. Update the Display APP with photographs of displays and shop windows following any changes.
4. Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to implement fit-outs that enhance customer traffic and sales, selecting appropriate outfits based on market trends and inventory.
5. Provide guidance to Store and Department Managers on product display strategies.
6. Communicate feedback on fit-out results to Visual and Retail Merchandising teams.
7. Assist with fit-outs for in-store events and cooperate with the Communication and PR Department for press presentations.
8. Support Client Service Development/VIC with display arrangements during private client appointments.

1. Creative mindset with a strong interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
2. Problem-solving abilities and curiosity.
3. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe software.
4. Self-motivation and a positive, collaborative approach.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.

International and/or regional experience in visual merchandising or a related field is advantageous.
