Prada In-Store Training Manager

- Plan and implement training programs aligned with global, local, and store priorities.
- Promote a culture of shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching at all store levels.
- Support store leadership in team development and enhancing individual client advisor performance.
- Ensure effective client journey implementation, impacting conversion, clienteling, and product mindset.
- Identify training needs in line with business priorities and develop action plans.
- Utilize in-store training tools, including sessions, coaching, daily briefings, and best-practice sharing.
- Collaborate with retail functions such as merchandising, CRM, and events to organize training activities.
- Perform team gap analysis and create individual coaching plans, providing ongoing feedback.
- Support store leadership in cascading brand, client journey, and product knowledge training.
- Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence.
- Monitor the quality, impact, and retention of training content.
- Foster a self-learning culture with a focus on digital training tools.
- Lead in-store coaching, prioritizing client advisors based on needs and focusing on selling skills and client experience.
- Conduct shadowing and coaching for store leadership to ensure seamless one-to-one processes.
- Communicate regularly with trainees, providing continuous feedback on progress.
- Manage onboarding journeys for new hires, facilitating in-store induction and partnering with HR.
- Experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a luxury or premium brand environment is required.
