Prada In-Store Training Manager

1. Plan and implement training programs aligned with global, local, and store priorities.
2. Promote a culture of shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching at all store levels.
3. Support store leadership in team development and enhancing individual client advisor performance.
4. Ensure effective client journey implementation, impacting conversion, clienteling, and product mindset.
5. Identify training needs in line with business priorities and develop action plans.
6. Utilize in-store training tools, including sessions, coaching, daily briefings, and best-practice sharing.
7. Collaborate with retail functions such as merchandising, CRM, and events to organize training activities.
8. Perform team gap analysis and create individual coaching plans, providing ongoing feedback.
9. Support store leadership in cascading brand, client journey, and product knowledge training.
10. Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence.
11. Monitor the quality, impact, and retention of training content.
12. Foster a self-learning culture with a focus on digital training tools.
13. Lead in-store coaching, prioritizing client advisors based on needs and focusing on selling skills and client experience.
14. Conduct shadowing and coaching for store leadership to ensure seamless one-to-one processes.
15. Communicate regularly with trainees, providing continuous feedback on progress.
16. Manage onboarding journeys for new hires, facilitating in-store induction and partnering with HR.

1. Experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a luxury or premium brand environment is required.
