Prada In-Store Trainer

- Support the Store Manager in maximizing store potential and achieving business and qualitative objectives.
- Plan and implement training programs in alignment with global, local, and store priorities.
- Promote a culture of shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching at all store levels.
- Assist store leadership in team development and enhancing the performance of individual Client Advisors.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Client Journey.
- Identify training needs in line with business priorities and develop action plans at the store and Client Advisor level.
- Leverage in-store training tools and collaborate with other retail functions to organize and manage training activities.
- Conduct team gap analysis, build individual coaching plans, and provide ongoing feedback on team member progress.
- Support store leadership in cascading training content on brand, client journey, and product knowledge.
- Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence and monitor training content retention.
- Lead a culture of in-store coaching, focusing on selling skills, client experience, and brand ambassadorship.
- Manage onboarding journeys for new hires and foster a culture of empathy, warmth, passion, and proactivity.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in luxury retail.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Coaching certification is a plus.
- Ability to understand business needs and create related action plans.
- Capacity to drive business results and foster a business mindset.
- Proven shadowing ability on different store roles.
- Experience in public speaking and content creation is advantageous.
- Ability to innovate learning methods in both digital and live formats.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Client, business, and KPI focus.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong listening skills.
- Self-motivated with independent work capability.
- High teamwork competency and leadership by example.
2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
