Prada In-Store Trainer

1. Support the Store Manager in maximizing store potential and achieving business and qualitative objectives.
2. Plan and implement training programs in alignment with global, local, and store priorities.
3. Promote a culture of shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching at all store levels.
4. Assist store leadership in team development and enhancing the performance of individual Client Advisors.
5. Ensure effective implementation of the Client Journey.
6. Identify training needs in line with business priorities and develop action plans at the store and Client Advisor level.
7. Leverage in-store training tools and collaborate with other retail functions to organize and manage training activities.
8. Conduct team gap analysis, build individual coaching plans, and provide ongoing feedback on team member progress.
9. Support store leadership in cascading training content on brand, client journey, and product knowledge.
10. Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence and monitor training content retention.
11. Lead a culture of in-store coaching, focusing on selling skills, client experience, and brand ambassadorship.
12. Manage onboarding journeys for new hires and foster a culture of empathy, warmth, passion, and proactivity.

1. 2 years of experience in a similar role in luxury retail.
2. Fluency in English is a plus.
3. Coaching certification is a plus.
