Prada In-Store Trainer

- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership to identify training needs aligned with business priorities and develop targeted training action plans.
- Deliver and utilize in-store training tools, including sessions, coaching, daily briefings, and best-practice sharing, in collaboration with retail functions.
- Conduct team gap analyses, create individual coaching plans, and provide ongoing feedback on performance, progress, and skill development.
- Ensure comprehensive dissemination, quality, retention, and impact of training content across Brand, Client Journey, and Product Knowledge, maintaining a strong shop-floor presence.
- Promote a self-learning culture by encouraging the use of digital training tools and continuous skill enhancement.
- Lead a robust coaching culture, incorporating shadowing, feedback, and 'coach-the-coach' practices focused on selling excellence and client experience.
- Manage new-hire onboarding in partnership with HR while serving as the store’s Prada Ambassador, embodying empathy, warmth, passion, and proactivity.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with a proven background in Training/Learning roles within the Luxury Retail environment.
- Expertise in shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching across Store Leadership and Client Advisor roles.
- Ability to understand business needs, build actionable training plans, and align training calendars to business priorities.
- Strong business mindset with a proven ability to drive results, KPIs, and client-focused performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and stakeholder-management skills, detail-oriented, structured, and organized.
- Self-motivated team player who leads by example, embraces coaching culture, and shows strong passion for the Prada brand.
- Fluency in German and English.
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector, focusing on training and development.
