1. Collaborate with Store Manager and Leadership to identify training needs aligned with business priorities and develop targeted training action plans.
2. Deliver and utilize in-store training tools, including sessions, coaching, daily briefings, and best-practice sharing in collaboration with retail functions.
3. Conduct team gap analyses, build individual coaching plans, and provide ongoing feedback on performance, progress, and skill development.
4. Ensure comprehensive dissemination, quality, retention, and impact of training content across Brand, Client Journey, and Product Knowledge, maintaining a strong shop-floor presence.
5. Foster a self-learning culture by promoting digital training tools and continuous skill enhancement.
6. Lead a strong culture of coaching, including shadowing, feedback, and 'coach-the-coach' practices focused on selling excellence and client experience.
7. Manage new-hire onboarding in partnership with HR while acting as the store’s Prada Ambassador, embodying empathy, warmth, passion, and proactivity.

1. Over 2 years in a similar role with a proven background in Training/Learning roles within the Luxury Retail environment.

1. Expertise in shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching across Store Leadership and Client Advisor roles.
2. Ability to understand business needs, build actionable training plans, and align training calendars to business priorities.
3. Strong business mindset with a proven ability to drive results, KPIs, and client-focused performance.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and stakeholder-management skills, detail-oriented, structured, and organized.
5. Self-motivated team player who leads by example, embraces coaching culture, and shows strong passion for the Prada brand.
6. Fluent in German and English.
