1. Identify training needs in alignment with business priorities.
2. Develop and implement training action plans at both store and client advisor levels.
3. Utilize in-store training tools, including training sessions, coaching, daily briefings, and best-practice sharing.
4. Collaborate with retail functions to organize and manage specific training activities.
5. Conduct team gap analyses and create individual coaching plans, providing ongoing feedback on team member progress and performance.
6. Support store leadership in ensuring comprehensive training on brand, client journey, and product knowledge.
7. Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence.
8. Monitor the quality, impact, and retention of training content.
9. Promote a self-learning culture with emphasis on digital training tools.
10. Lead a culture of in-store coaching, prioritizing client advisors' development in selling skills, client experience, clienteling, styling, brand ambassadorship, and high-end products.
11. Conduct shadowing and coaching for store leadership to ensure effective one-to-one processes.
12. Maintain regular communication with trainees, providing continuous feedback on progress.
13. Manage onboarding journeys for new hires, facilitating their induction and partnering with HR.

1. Bachelor's degree in learning and development, human resources management, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent vocational training.
2. 4+ years of experience in retail training or a retail managerial role.
3. Completed trainer qualification and relevant professional experience.

1. In-depth knowledge of talent management and personnel development methods and tools.
2. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
3. Strong coordination and organizational skills.
4. High level of communication ability.
5. Fluency in English.

A minimum of four years in the retail training field or in a retail managerial position is required.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent vocational training.
