Prada In-Store Trainer

1. Partner with Store Manager and leadership to identify training needs aligned with business priorities.
2. Develop and implement training action plans at both store and individual Client Advisor levels.
3. Utilize in-store training tools including sessions, coaching, and best-practice sharing.
4. Collaborate with retail functions to organize and manage specific training activities.
5. Conduct team gap analysis and build individual coaching plans, providing ongoing feedback.
6. Support Store Leadership in cascading training content on brand, client journey, and product knowledge.
7. Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence.
8. Monitor the quality and retention of training content.
9. Foster a self-learning culture with emphasis on digital training tools.
10. Lead a culture of in-store coaching focusing on selling skills, client experience, and brand ambassadorship.
11. Conduct shadowing and coaching for Store Leadership to ensure effective one-to-one processes.
12. Manage onboarding journeys for new hires, facilitating their induction in collaboration with HR.

1. Bachelor's degree in learning and development, human resources management, psychology, or related field.
2. Completed trainer qualification with relevant professional experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of talent management and personnel development methods.

1. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
2. Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
3. High level of communication proficiency.
4. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 4 years in retail training or a retail managerial role.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
