1. Collaborate with the Store Manager and leadership to identify training needs aligned with business priorities.
2. Develop and implement training action plans at both store and individual Client Advisor levels.
3. Utilize in-store training tools, including training sessions and coaching, to enhance team performance.
4. Conduct daily briefings and share best practices in collaboration with retail functions such as Merchandising, CRM, and Events.
5. Perform team gap analysis, create individual coaching plans, and provide ongoing feedback on team member progress.
6. Support store leadership in cascading training content on brand, client journey, and product knowledge.
7. Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence and monitor the retention of training content.
8. Foster a culture of in-store coaching, prioritizing Client Advisors based on their needs and focusing on selling skills and client experience.
9. Manage the onboarding journey for new hires, facilitating their induction and partnering with HR.

1. Proven experience in retail training or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of clienteling and high-end product knowledge.
3. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop retail teams.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail training or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
