Prada In-Store Trainer

1. Collaborate with the Store Manager and leadership team to identify and address training needs aligned with business priorities.
2. Develop and implement training action plans at both store and individual Client Advisor levels.
3. Utilize in-store training tools, including sessions and coaching, to enhance team performance.
4. Conduct daily briefings and share best practices while coordinating with other retail functions like Merchandising, CRM, and Events.
5. Perform team gap analysis, create individual coaching plans, and provide ongoing feedback on team member progress.
6. Support the dissemination of training content on brand, client journey, and product knowledge.
7. Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence and monitor the retention of training content.
8. Foster a culture of in-store coaching, focusing on selling skills, client experience, and brand ambassadorship.
9. Manage the onboarding journey for new hires, ensuring effective in-store induction in partnership with HR.

1. Proven experience in retail training or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of client journey and product knowledge in a luxury retail environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in retail training or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
