Prada In-Store Operations Manager

1. Oversee all aspects of the store's back-of-house operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
2. Assist the Store Manager in implementing operational activities in alignment with corporate guidelines and support sales initiatives.
3. Facilitate effective communication with other departments and external providers.
4. Lead and develop the back-of-house team, fostering a high-performance culture.
5. Manage inventory with a focus on product care and space optimization.
6. Ensure compliance with cash management procedures and accuracy in transactions.
7. Maintain optimal store environment and coordinate with internal and external partners for smooth operations.
8. Support the Store Manager in planning and executing store projects and initiatives.

1. Proven retail management experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Previous administration and cash handling experience.
3. Fluency in English preferred.

2. Strong commercial and brand awareness.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
4. Enthusiastic and adaptable attitude.

Proven experience in retail management, particularly within a luxury environment, with strong operational performance in high turnover settings.
