- Cultivate and enhance CRM and clienteling culture within the store.
- Train and support sales staff in client outreach and private appointments.
- Develop and implement local CRM outreach initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to the Group's clienteling strategy and provide feedback to staff.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client interactions and outreach.
- Promote and train staff on the use of digital tools for clienteling.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in CRM, marketing, clienteling, or retail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Exemption from military service obligations for male candidates.
- Strong passion for human relations and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
