Prada HR Working Student

1. Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks, including the creation of reference letters and overseeing Health and Safety processes.
2. Support Talent Acquisition, candidate journey, and Employer Branding initiatives.
3. Aid in payroll-related activities, such as onboarding and managing monthly benefits.
4. Participate in the design and implementation of HR processes and projects.

1. Enrollment in a university, with studies in economics, psychology, or a related field, and at least in the third semester.

1. Independent and structured work approach with strong communication skills.
2. Organizational talent and reliability.
3. Ability to think creatively and work as a team player.
4. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in economics, psychology, or a related field.
