Prada Head of Talent Relations

- Develop and manage the budget, recommending spending priorities to maximize return on investment.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with talent and their representing agencies globally.
- Coordinate with communications offices of foreign affiliates to ensure compliance with HQ-defined targets in local talent interactions.
- Continuously monitor and identify potential talent for brand ambassadorships, campaigns, and celebrity dressing opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate travel and guest lists for events and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the legal team for contract drafting.
- Work with the social media team to develop influencer and content creator plans across various social channels.
- Oversee talent product orders for global seeding and promotion, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with production offices.
- Manage the social media influencer team and assume responsibility for key performance indicators.
- Draft monthly reports in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
- Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in talent relations is required.
Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
