1. Conduct regular preventive maintenance on knitting machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent malfunctions.
2. Perform repairs by replacing worn or damaged components and repairing mechanical parts.
3. Install new machinery and upgrade existing equipment to enhance production efficiency, including software updates for onboard computers.
4. Train personnel on the correct use of machinery and safety procedures.
5. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities and repairs, including accessory usage per machine.
6. Conduct periodic internal cleaning of machinery components, maintaining records of cleaning schedules.

1. Mechanical diploma or equivalent qualifications.
2. Experience or knowledge of Shima and/or Stoll knitting machines.

1. Strong interpersonal skills.
2. Problem-solving aptitude.

Prior experience with Shima and/or Stoll knitting machinery is essential.
